Glow for 2 Membership will draw $150.00 each month off of 1 card. In the event that the card declines, the membership for 2nd person will automatically be removed from their account. Cardholder may choose who can be on their account each billing cycle. Both members must be in our system in order for this package to work. If you are a new customer, with the purchase of this package online you will automatically be added to our system. If your second account on this package is not in our system, please bring them with you for your first session so we can get their account set up properly.

** 30 Day notice is required to avoid future draft payments -- OPEN-ENDED AGREEMENT -- auto-renewal will occur on the date of the month that you signed up (for example, if you sign up on the 5th, your package will auto-renew on the 5th of each month until you cancel) -- any month to month purchases made on the 28 - 31 of the month will be drafted on the 28th of each month **
